A Google Sheets tracker built from scratch with a study partner during my final semester of Matriculation. Not a school assignment — just two people who wanted an actual system for revising, instead of a textbook vaguely marked ‘done.’
Every practice question either of us attempted got logged: source paper, subject, marks, time spent. The sheet did the boring-but-useful part automatically — accumulated marks, mean, and standard deviation per question — so a bad score would show up as either ‘just an off day’ or ‘an actual weak spot,’ instead of both looking identical.
There’s also a shared log — dates, subjects, and study session blocks running from March through May, right through exam season. Not glamorous, mostly timestamps and question numbers, but it’s the clearest proof I have that this wasn’t theoretical. We used it, every week, until the semester ended.

You know...I almost gave up creating this concept website in the first place. My initial idea was actually a 'One Dreamer' heavily inspired space where you can click and see. In the end, I just used my DIY shelf and put clickable points. I'd say it aint that bad looking honestly.
